4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup lemon juice (I squeezed a fresh lemon)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp dried onion
1/2 tsp ginger
3 garlic cloves (minced)
Place all ingredients in ziploc for at least 1 hour. Place on preheated grill and cook until juices are clear.
